How do I relax before an exam?

 

Here are some pointers to help you stay relaxed during exams.

  • Prepare for your exams as far in advance as possible
  • Put the exam in context
  • Get a good night’s sleep ahead of time
  • Before the exam, eat healthily
  • About an hour before the exam, stop studying
  • Be aware of the exam’s time and location
  • Improve your self-talk
